A question. In downsizing a few years back, reduced to a single bread pan, a KA small pain-de-mie pan (4x4x9"). Volume calc for 4.5x4.5x8.5" pan in the recipe = 173, for my pain-de-mie pan volume is 144. Should I reduce my flour to 300g? I'm a formula guy, so my formula would reduce all other ingredients accordingly. I can hardly wait to try this one.
