Just baked it. The only strange thing happend the lower middle part sticked to the pan and I had to peel off the sticked part and put it on the bread. The loaf turned so beautiful but this sticking thing just spoiled it. My breads never sticked before. The temperature was 207 when I took it off the oven. Any ideas?
