Keri, your Tea Loaf Pan works best for recipes calling for 4-5 cups of flour, so this one will be a bit small as written. You could scale the recipe up to make for a better fit, or just plan for a shorter loaf. Either way, we'd suggest following the "Test kitchen tips" included on the product page on our site.
