I had the ingredients measured out by weight. Flour at 361g. The dough was soft but not wet, so I added 2 tbsp of milk. The dough filled 3/4 height of the 8.5" x 4" pan. In less than 10 mins, the dough filled up the pan. I moved it to a bigger 9.5" x 5.5" pan. It's now baking in the oven. Smelling good
