I would like to try making the breadin the bread machine. I saw a similar query above. zi would also like to bake the bread in the machine. Obviously, the cornmeal-dusted pan is a detail that cannot be included if I allow the breadmachine to do all the work. What changes would need to be made to mix, rise, & bake in the machine? I imagine that the wet ingredients would not be heated. Thank you for your advice. Oh! I just saw Kathy’s inquiry and your response. Evidently this recipe is not condusive to bread machine baking. So, I’ll prepare to use the oven. Thank you.
