This is the best thing I have ever made. Thank you for the detailed instructions and the photos. I made it with bread flour and buttermilk (added some extra buttermilk since it looked a little dry). My family ate the ENTIRE LOAF at dinner last night. The pickiest eaters in the world couldn't get enough. Second loaf is about to go in the oven.
