I've made about 4-5 loaves of this in the last two weeks. I find it's the easiest (and tastiest) bread recipe ever!! Be sure to grease/oil your hands or spatula when removing the dough - it's very sticky. The absolute best toast ever and great for mini pizzas (I use sauce, shredded cheese, garlic powder, and a pinch of kosher salt, per slice). The bread of 1000 uses, huh, Zeke? Glad you're enjoying it- PJH
