This recipe looks great - I must share a book I purchased over the holidays called "Artisan Breads in 5 minutes a day" - Hertzberg/Francois. Their recipes follow the same principles - a wet dough, no kneading. But these recipes make enough for 3-4 loaves at a time, keeping dough in the fridge until you are ready to bake. I have had great results using KA products - flours, large dough rising bucket, dough whisk, baguette pan and on and on...I have tried bread machines and mixes in the past to get quick results, but this type of recipe really works for me! Thanks for all your great products and advice! Kathy, so right - I've been working my way through "Artisan Breads in 5 Minutes a Day," and we'll be offering it (with accompanying tools) in the catalogue this fall. AWESOME bread - and unbelievably easy. - PJH
