What kind of mixing blade are you using in the photo? My KA only has a metal paddle. Yours has plastic or rubber down the sides. Looks like a good purchase. Next question: Did you really mean to mix on HIGH (as in MAX) on my KA? I almost never run my mixer at the max. I did it, but, most of the dough stayed Slung to the side of my bowl. I used the right sized loaf pan, but, the only one I have in that side is a black silicon backing pan. Any tips for silicon? Final outcome was small crumb with good toast flavor. I over beat the dough (longer than 1 minute) and it may need a little more moisture to "open up" the holes. All and all, an interesting afternoon. thanks rch
