Can I make this bread with all purpose flour instead of unbleached all purpose flour? will the texture or taste different? thanks. If you are referring to bleached all purpose flour, I would not use it for bread. The bleaching really imparts an unwanted chemical in the flour and can affect both the flavor and the rise of your bread. ~Amy
