Hi Sher, our general recommendations for substituting almond flour into cakes, cookies, muffins and other non-yeasted recipes is that you can replace up to 1/4 of the regular flour with almond flour. For yeast-raised recipes, you don't want to substitute any of the flour, but you can add a little almond flour to enhance the flavor and texture of your bread.
