I am so excited to make these! I have made them exactly following the recipe before and they turned out to be delicious! However, this time I would like to make vanilla-coconut biscotti. I think I will add about 1/2 cup of coconut flakes, but could I also substitute extra-virgin coconut oil for some or all of the butter, or would that affect the texture? Also, I only have duck eggs on hand, which are about one and a half times larger than normal eggs. Can I use the same number of eggs as the recipe calls for, or would that also impact the texture too much and should I instead try halving the egg? Thank you so much!
