Hi Chris! We'd recommend adding 1/3 cup of cocoa, and removing the same amount from the 2 cups of All-Purpose flour. That should keep the dough from getting too dry (even though it's a biscotti, ha!). See if that bakes up the way you're hoping. Have fun, and thanks for reaching out!
