In response to Jennifer's suggestion of the KAF baking class-- does this class ever come to "freezing Oregon"? (I live here too, Penny) I've only seen the classes scheduled on the East Coast. I know we just ran a class in the San Francisco area this fall, and are running one in Arizona in January, so we do in fact go all over the country. PJH
