Wondering if you can substitute Fiori di Sicilia and what measurement for just vanilla? Also, whether you can add some vanilla bean and/or vanilla paste for extra flavor. Thanks! Sure, Deb - add as much vanilla as you like. Fiori, depends on how much you like the flavor - anything from 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon would be my guess. Enjoy - PJH
