OMG! These are a 'must make'! I only had some wonderful dried apricots in the house so substituted them for the dates... fantastic. Very easy but a little time consuming.. chilling, rolling, filling, chilling, slicing and baking. But, I can see how they would easily adapt to your own time schedule. I just wanted them *today*... and they are just now baking. Yummy! Thanks for the recipe!! You're most welcome.
