Hi, I tried those latkes- what a great idea! I always wanted to make it easier and cleaner- THANKS FOR THE GREAT TIP. I can only add a little one: heat the baking sheet with the oil before you put the patties -this way they will not stick!!! Thank you again and happy holidays!
