The latkes came out great, however my poor sheet pan. How do you clean the burnd spots off of it?? I like my pans shinny. I would rather clean a frying pan, and the stove. I put a layer of wet baking soda on the burned spots, wait, then scrub. Also, try greasing the pan with non-stick vegetable oil spray first. Seems weird, with all that oil, but that lays down a first layer that really helps. PJH
