Your "Shortbread Gone Wild" is one of my favorite recipes! It is pure heaven with a nice cup of Earl Grey tea on a dreary afternoon. And I wondered why my silicone pastry roller (bought specifically for shortbread) kept sticking to the dough! Plastic wrap is the secret. THANK YOU!
