This looks great! Silly question: did you grease the cake pan before putting the shortbread in it? NOT a silly question at all. Actually, I lined the pan with parchment - that way the shortbread slips right out, no problem. Then I just peeled off the parchment, and cut the shortbread while it was warm. PJH
