Hi, I made these cookies and they were great! I did want to ask if there is anyway I could modify the recipe to make a cut out cookie? Thanks Cathy Cathy, since these don't need to be rolled very thin to be crunchy, unlike some cutout cookies, I think you could just make the dough as written, and roll out gently with sufficient flour to prevent sticking.
