I need to send some cookies overseas and wondered if these cookies would keep well enough to last for one week in the mail and a few days longer by the time they get eaten. also how long does baker's ammonia last? I have some from two years ago that I have not used up. Benita, these cookies would be just fine shipped; they're very sturdy, and will stay fresh. As for the baker's ammonia, if you open it up and it smells strong, it should be fine. PJH
