Tried this after Thanksgiving and it is a very good recipe, however ... the sauce needs to be doubled in measurements. I followed the recipe as listed. When I saw the amount of sauce once it was prepped, I thought to myself, this isn't enough. I ended up scurrying to makeup another batch of sauce to add. Normally, this type of soup is prepared stovetop. That way the contents always stay bubbly and then the dumplings can be steamed on top with lid on. Oven method just didn't quite give me the result I was anticipating. Thanks for sharing the recipe though!
