My biba does not appear as your photo, much drier after an overnight rest. In reading your notes it says: flour:water
3:2. However, in the recipe, it is written as 3:1. Which is correct? I am guessing it is 1-1/2 cups flour to 1 cup water.

Please advise. Can I add more water to my current biba?
