When I lived in the midwest i made beautiful pie crust, but now that I live in California sothermost high desert, I'm having a terrible time. I realize I have to add more water because it's so dry here (usually 0 - 15% humidity) but I have no idea how much. Can anyone thst lives in such a climate help me out?
