Well, now you have done it - convinced a hand-baker to order a Zo! I love slack doughs, but not the goopy mess of working with them. Since the Zo has a sourdough starter setting, could I use that to make the starter for this bread?< That would work. I think you will find the Zo to be a big time saver. I know I do.
