Hi - Looks great. I really like the recipe on the bag of Harvest Grains Mix. They also make a great topping for any loaf of bread. I have added them to the Rustic Sourdough that was on your blog and that finally got me to order the fresh starter. I am old fashioned and like the taste of the traditional whole wheat - will this recipe work with that flour? Any changes in quantities of flour or water?
