Re my earlier question regarding the use of K.A. self-rising flour: if I use self-rising, shouldn't I eliminate the salt and baking powder altogether? Yes, that's right. Self-rising flour has about 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt per cup. PJH
