With regard to making chocolate chip muffins, would cinnamon still be used or is the vanilla flavoring all I need? If you like cinnamon/chocolate combo (Mexican chocolate), go for it. Or a teaspoon of espresso powder dissolved in the milk would be DELICIOUS with chocolate chips... PJH
