Hi, PJ! Now that hubby and I are "landlubbers" once again (moved off the boat and into an apartment in December), I've decided that it's time I made good use of the popover pan I purchased from KA a couple of years ago. Tried using it in the boat oven but with less-than-resounding success. Hubby has said "How about making popovers some time" on a number of occasions, so I think it's time to get a wiggle on!!! Plan on having roast beef on Sunday, so what better time than then!!!!! Perfect! You could make part popovers, part Yorkshire pudding with that roast...
