I am thrilled with this recipe - it is a winner! I am known as the popover queen in my family. Have been making them for 15 yrs. But alas, the majority of times, although they tasted good, they did not pop correctly. I even used Jordan Pond House recipe at least 10x. And we have had those popovers a bunch of times - the gold standard! This recipe is very different from all the rest - but it WORKS!! The hotter oven, the hand whisking, and no leavening agent are all different methods, but these popovers were gorgeously tall! I took pictures and posted on FB. Thank you thank you King Arthur Flour!
