Hi there, Sarah! We'd suggest making sure your oven is hot enough and that you've got the proper amount of flour in the mixture. We find either measuring your flour by weight using a scale, or fluffing and sprinkling the flour into your measuring cup are the best ways to ensure the too much flour hasn't snuck its way into your mixing bowl.
