I love popovers and never had a problem with them in my mother's old muffin tins, plus they remind me of her. Am actually reading this to see if someone says they can be made with water instead of milk, since I'm temporarily going dairy-free. Meanwhile, I'm deciding I want to sign up for your blog AND someday go to Acadia, Maine, lol
