I made this recipe and mine flopped, or better yet sank into themselves. I did substitute almond milk, and added an extra eggwhite like the box said, but it tasted too eggs to me and they caved in on themselves. Very disappointed, but will try again using regular milk. It called for four eggs, and heat oven to 400? Tote recipe is a little different than what is on the king Arthur box.
