Hey... I need help from the general community here.... I am normally gluten free and I LOVE the king Arthur's gluten free mix and I am Dairy free always... And while I can consistently get my popover's to rise they are always and I mean ALWAYS raw in the middle... I have tried everything, hot oven, cold oven, chicken fat, non-dairy butter, rice milk coconut creamer the list is endless I always get a yummy crunchy light shell but the middle is raw dough... I was hoping someone here might know why
