Made these popovers this morning after not using my popover pan for years. They were beautiful and delicious - my hubby and I ate them all up for breakfast. The interior was almost like a light souffle. Thanks for the blogs and the recipes with both volumes and weights! Thanks Carol, Glad to hear that they are working so well.
