I made these with great success. I'd never made popovers before and am happy with such a good result on my first try. My daughter bit into one, stared at the empty interior, and told me I had failed somehow. Now that she understands what a popover really is, she declared the recipe "a keeper". This recipe will be a good substitute for yeast rolls when I didn't plan ahead. Thanks for the feedback Susan.
