I have the mini-popover pans (probably Chicago Metallic) - 12 cups to a "rack". What would the baking time be for these smaller popovers? Bake the mini-popovers in the 450 degree oven for 20 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350, without opening the door, and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, until they are a deep golden brown.
