I would love to try this recipe out for you. However, I have a gas stove. The pilot/heat element is on the bottom. Any tips for adjusting for my oven. Twyla, put the popover or muffin pan on a cookie sheet, to insulate the bottoms a bit. then put them on the middle rack, not lower rack. Should work out fine. PJH
