The key to the chocolate is to look on the package for the word "Parve". This appears on Kosher food that is neither meat nor dairy and can be used with either. If it doesn't appear on the packaging, it does not necessarily mean that it has dairy in it, it could be non-Kosher, in which case you can't use it anyway. ;-) Hope that helps...
