Music to my ears Elizabeth. Been baking my sour dough, Trial and Error Have been practicing Ciabatta, and the last loaf was brilliant, very tasty, was going to freeze it then decided not to, as I would be using it very soon. Here in Scotland the weather is very often very cold.
