I am way behind in my bread attempts.... instead of making the ciabatta, I decided to go BACK to the sourdough loaf and try it using the KA starter am I glad I did it or what???? It turned out spectacular! So I guess it is true, each starter has its own "personality" - I did not want to post in the sourdough thread, because it's way in the back now, but will try the ciabatta in the near future, now that I need to keep my starter going!
