I baked this recipe! O.H. M.Y. G.O.S.H!!! My whole family was in heaven. They said it was better that cheesecake factory! KAF nailed this one on the head! My question is could I make this recipe into an oreo cheesecake. Obviously changing the crust, but would I have to change the filling recipe to add about 5 or 6 coarsely chopped cookies? Oooo! I think that would be a yummy cake! No need to change anything, just add away - sounds fabulous! PJH
