I am making a cheescake that has a sour cream glaze on top. Do I freeze it with the sour cream glaze on top. If I choose not to freeze it how long will the sour cream glaze stay fresh refridgerated? It';s not a good idea to freeze the cheesecake with the glaze as it can curdle and separate when thawed. The glaze should last for 3 or 4 days in the fridge. Molly @ KAF
