Hi All, I've been out of town this week and am just catching up! Apple/Carmel cake looks great (next blog entry) and this looks good too, tho I'm not a fan of NY style. I do like French style. Can this be adapted? Can you give equal time to those that don't care for 2lb hunks of cheesecake? ;-) Thanks!
