Dear PJH, Thank you for a wonderful recipe! I have not tasted many cake that is this good. This cake has very interesting texture. Unlike other cakes, this one is more fluffy and has bigger bubble. It is also very soft, springy and moist. My brother likes it a little bit less sweet so i reduce 10% off the sugar and the salt to 1 g. It still raised very high and therefore crack in the middle so i suspect even if i reduce another 10%, the cake still rise beautifully. :)
