PJ, that is one of my favourite things to do with my toss off, make chocolate cake. I have a recipe I've use and adore but I'm trying yours soon. You should also try sourdough cinnamon rolls. They take about 12 hours to do but they are worth it for the the combination of zing and sweet. WHOA, all right, hadn't thought of cinnamon rolls... have to try them, too. Thanks- PJH
