Hey! I just got my sourdough starter in the mail today, and I followed the instructions to begin the fermentation. However, 8 hours later, there aren't bubbles like the picture shows. Is the feeding as time-sensitive as the directions sound, or can I leave my starter sitting for longer than 12 hours? Thanks!
