How awesome to have a starter from so long ago. It’s like wearing my Grandma’s Apron when I cook.
I’m making sour dough starter now so it’s not that wonderful “old” history, but someday... my plan is to Dry it, put it in a mason jar for my Grandaughters, along with a hand written cookbook I’ve made for each of them, after I’m gone.
I hope you will soon be back in your kitchen baking beautiful bread.
