If I want to bake my bread in a cast iron dutch oven, do I heat up the oven 1st, then put the dutch oven in or do I put the dutch oven in while the oven is heating up? The recipe for the rustic sourdough said I could let the dough rise in the dutch oven, then bake it, but it didn't say what to do after that, it just said bake it.
